Organising the Kosova Assembly The OSCE Mission in Kosova is currently organising the election for the Kosova Assembly scheduled to be held on 17 November 2001. This election will further the development of provisional democratic self-governing institutions as defined in UNMiK Regulation 2001/9, the “Constitutional Framework for Provisional Self-Government in Kosova”.
